12 minutes advertising per hour is a European Guideline that’s applicable to all European countries.

But no other European country enforces TV regulation with the stamina of the UK.

This is definetly the future.
The kids log into MSN or Facebook while TV adverts are on and then go back to watching the TV afterwards.

Some new TV’s even allow you to skip the adverts…
